Each participant will receive all materials necessary to make their own sourdough bread in-class: fresh starter to take home, a sourdough bread recipe, and the skills and confidence to make sourdough at home any time. Everyone will be taking their dough home with them to bake off next-day.
Space is limited and registration is required. Please call 610-655-6355 to register.
