Public Meeting Rooms
Dr. Jerome I Marcus Learning & Meeting Commons at Main Library, Northeast and Southeast Branches.
Three private meeting rooms in the Dr. Jerome I Marcus Learning & Meeting Commons at Main Library, and one private meeting room at both the Northeast and Southeast Branches, can be reserved free for individual or group projects and discussions. Each room is outfitted with a UHD flatscreen and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) connectivity enabling presentations, webinars, or videoconferences. The system accepts any presenter device and allows screen-mirroring without the need for a separate app. Easy WIFI connectivity for IOS, Android, Mac, Chromebook, or Windows-based devices. Noise rejection system allows for total privacy.

Large Meeting Rooms
Additionally, there are two large meeting rooms, one at the Northeast Branch, and one at the Southeast Branch. These rooms are primarily used for library activities and programs. When not in use for library purposes, the meeting rooms may be available for community groups and businesses to rent. To rent the room please submit a completed Meeting Room Application at least 2 weeks in advance of the intended use. Meeting Room Fees.
