Join us for our free annual Halloween Bash and live concert. In the Children’s Department, located on the second floor, we will have special guests, crafts, snacks and drinks, trick or treating, and a costume contest. Prizes will be awarded for most creative, best DIY, best superhero, cutest, spookiest, and silliest. The main floor will host a free concert by the Reading Philharmonic Orchestra. Fun for the whole family!
