Participants will learn essential kitchen skills, practice meal planning, explore new recipes, and discover the basics of food safety and nutrition. Each program ends with a chance to share and enjoy the tasty dishes we create. Whether you’re a budding chef or just curious about cooking, this program will spark a lifelong love of food and confidence in the kitchen!

Get ready to imagine, design, and build! In this hands-on program, children will explore a wide variety of building toys and kits to spark creativity, problem solving and critical thinking. Children will design and construct their own structures, machines, and inventions. We will have books on hand that connect to real-world applications and careers in architecture, engineering, and design— helping participants discover the exciting possibilities their ideas can unlock. This program is perfect for ages 5–12, with all age-appropriate tools, materials and instruction provided. Quantities are limited and while supplies last.

Join us on October 30th for a HalloSTEAM Thursday filled with Spooky Science! Experiment with dry ice, learn a fake blood recipe, and play with chemical reactions! All materials will be provided. This program is best for ages 5 with adult support. NOTE: While all ingredients in the fake blood are edible and safe, if your child does not handle seeing blood well, please consider joining us at another STEAM Thursday.

Learn how to build your own teeny tiny robot, including how to code it to zip, spin, and zoom! We will be using Bristlebot kits from BrownDogGadgets.
