Parents! Come to our informative workshop about Early Literacy. We will be doing a story time for the little ones. Ask advice, talk to other parents and learn new ideas on how to incorporate Early Literacy to your child’s development. Free goodie bags will be provided for those who attend.

For our Art Pod Program we will be having our monthly Paint & Eat! Snack away while you paint a masterpiece. Supplies and snacks are provided.

Celebrate the season with our annual Halloween Bash! The Reading Philharmonic Orchestra will provide a free concert on the main floor while children and families can enjoy hands-on crafts, snacks and drinks, and family-friendly trick-or-treating in Youth Services. Costumes are highly encouraged, and prizes will be awarded to both children and tweens/teens for most creative, cutest, and spookiest.

Calling all K-Pop and anime fans! Kick off your holiday break and join us for an all-age afternoon of singing and delicious treats as we celebrate K-Pop Demon Hunters. Ramen, candy sushi, and drinks are provided but quantities are limited and while supplies last.

This program is for homeschool families and children on break this week! Join the library at Nolde Forest State Park for a nature walk. Explore the changing colors of the fall forest and investigate the seasonal changes that surround us! All ages welcome for this free bilingual program but registration is required and space is limited.
