                            Tue: 10am-6:30pm
SouthEast:       Tue, Wed, Thu: 10am-1pm, 2-5pm
                            Mon:12-3pm, 4-7pm
NorthWest:      Mon, Wed, Thu: 10am-1pm, 2-5pm
                            Tue: 12-3pm, 4-7pm
NorthEast:       Mon, Tue, Thu: 10am-1pm, 2-5pm
                            Wed: 12-3pm, 4-7pm

What You Need to Know:

  • All four RPL locations are open for Order Ahead / Lobby Pickup. Pick up hours and days will be limited.
  • Number of items you can have on loan: 10 items per adult, 25 items per child.
  • Only items located at one branch may be requested. For example, only items at SE can be picked up at SE. (We have plans to expand this to other branches in the next few weeks.)

How It Works

Place your hold in 1 of 3 ways:

  • Through the RPL2GO app. Select your items and schedule your pickup time at the branch where the item(s) is available.
  • Place your hold in the online catalog and call to schedule a pickup time.

  • Place your hold in the online catalog and email us to schedule a pick up time:    RPLpickup@gmail.com

At pickup time, the patron will enter the lobby of the selected library branch and find the bag with the last 3 letters of their last name and last 4 digits of their library card. Patrons must wear a mask and bring their library card to pick up items. Library staff will monitor the lobby from inside the library.


  • All library returns must be placed in the outside book drops. 
  • Returns will be quarantined for 72 hours before check in:
    This means any items returned on Monday, for example, will not be cleared from your account until Thursday.
