 Did You Know

Your family may be eligible for a special “Homeschool Card” offered by Berks County Public Libraries!

This card allows a family to check out more materials and place more items on hold. It works at ALL Berks County Public Libraries and is free. To apply, you must present proper documentation of your homeschool status.


Math Masters

Master your math skills with games, brain teasers, puzzles and cool challenges.

Session 1: February 11 at 1 pm
Session 2: March 10 at 1 pm

Programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Families will be notified if this is the case.

All programs are FREE! These programs are intended for children under age 12 and their families. Children under 9 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18.


Time travel through history as we learn more about bygone eras with the help of some very special guests.

February 18 at 1 pm: Colonial Berks County

Colonial Berks CountyWhat was Reading and Berks County like 200 years ago? Miss Vicky from the Berks County Historical Society is sending us back in time to Colonial Berks.

March 17 at 1 pm: Lenape Nation

Lenape NationLearn about the rich history and tradition of the Lenape Nation. Mr. Puff will be showing and telling us more about his people and culture.

April 28 at 1 pm: Johnny Appleseed

Johnny AppleseedExplore the frontier with pioneer Johnny Appleseed, one of the most interesting unsung heroes in American history.
